My family always eats breakfast everyday. They have their choice of a hot breakfast or cereal. If it’s not an egg breakfast, then they can open the freezer and heat up homemade waffles, french toast and pancakes. I needed to make more french toast, but I wanted something a little different. Our fridge is always stocked with yogurt. My husband likes to pack it in his lunchbox for work or he eats it at home for a snack. Our toddler also enjoys snacking on yogurt throughout the day. I like to use yogurt in my smoothies or sometimes I even use it in baking recipes. I recently bought a large container of vanilla Greek yogurt that was on sale that I needed to use. Blueberry Buckle Recipe

My toddler loves blueberries! She will eat one of those little grocery store containers in one sitting. I actually have to make special trips to the wholesale club just to buy blueberries, but I don’t mind at all. I am just happy that she loves them so much since blueberries are good for her. One cup of blueberries contains 80 calories and 3.6 grams of fiber. They are also packed with vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese.
