Colors & Shapes Monkey Review

The Learning Journey has been designing and manufacturing an exclusive line of award-winning children’s interactive educational products.  All products at The Learning Journey encourage learning and develop confidence as they enhance a child’s potential. All products build on the skills necessary for children to be prepared for school and beyond.

I recently had the opportunity to try the Colors & Shapes Monkey. The Colors & Shapes Monkey is one of Learning Journey’s portable, handheld Learning Pals. The Monkey has six different colored shapes on his chest that light up. The buttons are orange triangle, purple star, green square, yellow circle, red heart and blue flower. On the first setting, when the shape is pressed it says the color and shape of the button. On the second setting, each shape will play a different nursery rhyme melody. My little one likes playing with the Monkey. She hits the buttons so it talks and lights up. It is a nice size so she can easily pick it up. I like that it will help her learn some colors and basic  shapes (triangle, square, circle). I also like that it plays nursery rhyme melodies which makes the buttons and banana light up with the music. The Colors & Shapes Monkey is a nice, handheld toy.
